Return & Refund Policy – Heer Jewellers Studio

At Heer Jewellers Studio, your satisfaction matters to us. We ensure every product is carefully inspected and packed with care. However, if you face any issue, our Return & Refund Policy is here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The request is made within 2–5 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products
- Items exposed to water, perfumes, or chemicals
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Minor variations in colour or shine due to lighting
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective piece
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos as proof. We will issue a replacement or exchange after verification.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are available only:
- If the returned product passes quality inspection
- If the product is out of stock for replacement
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size issues (where applicable)
- Product defects
- Wrong item received
Once approved, a new product will be shipped after the original item is returned.
5. Return Shipping
In case of a damaged/incorrect product, return shipping is free.
For other reasons (change of mind, dislike), the return shipping cost may be deducted
or borne by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customised / name jewellery
- Engraved products
- Gift cards
- Clearance / sale items (unless damaged)
