All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may apply on select orders or promotional offers.
Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Additional charges may be applied for remote locations by courier partners.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link.
You can track your package in real time through the provided link.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most serviceable pin codes.
COD orders may include an additional handling fee.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
